One night airport stay
The hotel is great for a one night stay to catch an early flight. The room was basic , no tea/ coffee in the room but it is available on floor 1.The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower worked well.There is a restaurant in the hotel.

Overnight Stay before Early flight
Stayed here a couple times now both times because of early morning flights. Great facilities & restaurant on ground floor. Can’t beat the location directly opposite Departure Lounge.

Handy for the airport
I booked for BHM airport as I had a ridiculously early flight. I was surprised at how pleasant it was especially the bar area which was lively with good service and friendly staff. The room was fine basic but had towels and soaps. The tv didn’t work but I wasn’t that bothered.

Checked in online prior to our 03.30 am arrival. Key wasn’t ready & check in took 15 mins. Next morning tea & coffee facilities on the 1st floor was trashed with no stock. Had to get a staff member to replenish. We were on the 8th floor which meant the tea was cold after waiting for the lift & going from floor 1 to 8. Why not have tea & coffee on all floors & someone to check them!

I couldnt tell if it was a joke….
I have stayed in 100’s of hotels in my life time and never have i ever arrived to be given some sheets and told to make my own bed. Its not convenient to arrive late with family and then to be told its policy to make bunk bed ourselves. The hotel knew we were 3 people arriving.

If you have a very early flight the following day or get in super late from a flight, this hotel is ideal to shower and sleep. The staff are lovely but it’s a budget property so is exactly what its processes to be. That said, the shower is great, the bed comfy but light sleepers may struggle as it’s a busy place.

Set alarm for 5am but it went off at 4am so lost an hrs sleep as timing on tv wrong. Lack of tea/coffee in room, wasn't advised by staff available on 1st floor.But bed really comfy.
