The apartment is located in a band new building, just a 2 minute walk to UAB Hospital and Children's hospital. Just 1 block from the Red Mountain Theater. The apartment is a cozy spot for your weekend getaway or long term stay with tons within walking distance. Can't get more conveniently located!
Guest access:
Guests will enter the building with a digital key, get a key fob from a lockbox inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door. A guidebook will be sent with information on the day of check-in.

I didn't like the directions of getting a key fob to enter the elevator and room . For new people it needs to be more advertised of the steps of getting your key fobs the other con is the parking . That also needs to be advertised on the best places to park . But all in all I really loved the experience and will definitely be back . I was very impressed.

The property was in a good and safe location with plenty of building security but at the same time a breeze to navigate through. The room itself was clean with fresh towels and sheets for us. Parking was a little unusual but we had no problem in the UAB hospital parking garage. We really enjoyed our stay!

A Nice Stay In Birmingham

The host, a lovely lady Sarah, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that my early check-in request was granted without any hassle. Clean and Safe. Accuracy of online listing is exactly what you get. Perfect for two people. You need to fallow directions when checking in. The only issue for me was there is no 'on site' parking. You have to park in the street but that wasnt much of an issue for us.
