This is a very basic hotel, so you do get what you pay for, however, there is a big problem with other guests and noise from the car park. There isn't a barrier or anything to the car park, so anyone can get in and all three of the nights I stayed, there were people just hanging out in the car park being incredibly loud. Other guests were also extremely loud, having parties and running around the corridors, which is not the fault of the hotel, however there should be a way to contact reception from the room to let the staff know.
There's also a bit of a lack of communication, I accidentally booked too few nights so did a separate booking for an extra night and was assured I could stay in the same room. I had a knock at the door on the day my original booking would have run out to say I needed to vacate the room. I explained everything and the lady wrote it down. I went out for the day, and came back and my key card had been deactivated. I spoke to reception who activated it again but said if my stuff isn't there it would be in the back...cue panicked running down to the room to check everything is still there (luckily it was but I was worried someone would have had to pack my dirty clothes!).
I will say that despite all this, it was very clean (although on one of the days my room had been cleaned and they took away my toilet paper and didn't replace it...) and the staff are all very friendly.
