o Not Use This Hotel

Our stay was terrible. After booking and paying for our rooms several months in advance, we were surprised to be allocated two disabled rooms, which were on separate floors. When we spoke with reception, they told us they were fully booked. They told us when we received breakfast that we may not have anywhere to sit. Reception took our card details, and told us, they would charge our cards for any damages. I asked if the rooms were inspected, and was told they were ok. Two days prior to travelling we telephoned to confirm our bookings and requirements; two rooms, one double and two single beds. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in, and were given two disabled rooms. Our rooms were definitely allocated to someone else. One of the bed had numerous stains on it. It was disgusting. My brother and I had one set of towels to share with each other. There were no place to unpack and put our clothes. The light in the shower room did not work. The bulb was blown. We could not stay in such a hotel, so within 30 minutes of checking in, we look after and went to the Holiday Inn. What a relief. We were beyond disappointed, to know that after planning, booking and confirming everything, that we were treated in this manner. We will certainly not use your hotel again, and will inform all our friends and families to do the same. There were numerous stains on the mattress.

Had to pay £5 per day I was staying there, Smelt like a care home, Stained grubby blue carpets everywhere, Far too warm in the corridors, No option for clean water to drink, had to boil then leave cool over night, Staff looked board and any questions you had for them were a massive in convenience, Stained bedding and mattress, Pillows were wafer thin, had to ask for more, but again, that seemed like a huge chore for them to do, No safe, Tv remote was falling apart, held together by some bandage tape, Side lights were overheating, Tv was micro, smallest one I’ve ever seen not to mention the sound was very crackly, Lift makes a very loud noise when in operation, seems like it hasn’t been serviced correctly, Very poor experience, however, you get what you pay for. So if you’re cutting corners, then choose this hotel, but expect EXTREME BUDGET HOTEL.

What was unique about the room was the shock to see the state of the mattress that was provided under mattress protector used to hide this horror in room 101. The room stank on entry which prompted the mattress check which looked like it had been found in a skip with many large areas of blood & urine stains.After bringing this to the attention of reception staff, showing an image of the mattress an alternative room was offered. On entry this room also stank, the mattress was checked and as suspected this mattress didnt require a protective cover as there were only a few stains & after flipping the mattress the other side was better.The toilet seats in both rooms were so loose they were unsafe and so required tightening. Noise levels in the hotel are worse than average in Lower Ground level 02 room & the room above which appeared from outside to be a staff utilised room , well, at 4am furniture was being dragged accross the floor. As the room is right next to tiny car park entrance, all the drunken guests loudly returning so not much sleep was gained. The staff are clearly doing their best, working in an environment that is akin to a sinking ship ..(think Titanic and the stoic musicians who carried on playing to calm the hysterical passengers ) Also the Management, moreover the Manager who refused to use any discretion whatsoever in my case as I have multiple disabilities & selected 1 adult instead of 2 for a 2 person occupancy room & was expected to pay twice for same room!

Good trip

Every thing was good, the room was good , the service was excellent. The room was very hot though ... didnt ask if they had fans. So my mistake , could not get the drinks machine to work. Will stay again .

Check in was good.Never liked how my credit card wasnt going through as in case of anything they can charge it.They ran it twice and it didnt work and my credit card is perfectly fine mind you.Then I had to give a debit card which went through at the first try.They have a bar and restaurant so that was a plus.I got breakfast included in my 1 night stay so I liked that.

It was great for an overnight stop whilst visiting Wolverhampton Wanders Cheap car park £5 a day Clean Basic but perfectly acceptable. Not a lot of ventilation in the rooms so window had to be open to its max of 4 inches however that meant you heard all the traffic noise. For the money it was great Would I return next season ?

Value for money

Clean and tidy, comfortable bed, great staff. Decent shower. Bit hot in corridors but it was 30 degrees outside. 2 minute walk from City Centre or Molineux. Great price.
