Room was ok and did the job for 1 overnight stay. It smelled a bit damp but felt better when we opened the window. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Would recommend if you just need somewhere to stay for the night.

My initial room was unacceptable. Upon entering, I found a dirty towel on the floor, a wet shower tray with hair in it, and a broken window. I immediately reported these issues to the front desk. The staff were helpful and moved me to a second room without question. However, this room presented an even greater problem: noise. Situated on the ground floor directly next to a traffic light junction, it was subjected to constant noise pollution throughout the night. Every loud vehicle and bass-driven stereo was audible, making it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the room lacked basic privacy; opening the curtains in the morning revealed a direct view from the busy street, with no net curtains or sheers to shield the interior. While the staff were polite and responsive, the fundamental issues with the property's maintenance and soundproofing made for a very unpleasant experience. The overall atmosphere and lack of amenities reminded me more of a hostel than an established hotel. I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful, comfortable, or privte. stay.

Even for a budget hotel the experience was disappointing. The room was not particularly clean, we found a small insect in the bedsheets. Shower was dirty. Staff not particularly friendly. Decent amount of options for breakfast, adequate considering the price (£7pp if not included with the room)

Awful, young girls on reception lack any customer service skills. Even advised us to order uber eats instead of eating there. Wifi not working, room freezing. Bed was dipped and you could feel every spring in the matteress so didn't sleep at all. Duvet is the thinnest duvet I've ever had, pillows hard. Shower trickled and drains clearling blocked as water filling up in shower tray. Other guests shouting and arguing. Awful from start to finish

The property requires upgrading. New mattress needed, chair in the room had seen better days, unable to watch tv no connection. Arrived at 3pm for check in had to wait while shift change taking place. Very noisy all night with traffic noise.

Very comfortable bed and great location. Overall, a nice, clean room. But I was on the ground floor and it was very noisy outside. Staff was unfriendly, check-out time was inconveniently early, and WiFi did not work.
