Horrible. The whole hotel is under renovation. Got there and found out my original reservation was cancelled. Redid the reservation. Seemed like people were only allowed on the 4th floor. Pool and fitness room were "under mantience " as well. Breakfast wasnt a breakfast rasin brand cereal apple and bananas and bananas we bad. Toliets didnt work properly was told just to throw toliet paper in a garbage bag. No microwave coffee pot or phone in room.got woken up to workers banging on things either in the next room or hall way.Ceiling tiles missing and wires hanging from ceiling. Dumpster and shipping containers and old items from hotel all over one side of the parking lot. Have pictures but it wont allow me to post any

Well to start off we called to make sure all of our reservations were set ready to go told them we would not be in til about 430 5 am due to a long drive they said it was find got there at 426 am and then were told we missed our check in cuz it stopped at 4 am. Got that resolved and refunded and rebooked the room. This whole hotel is being renovated only people on the 4th floor baseboards not put in ceiling tiles gone wires hanging out of ceiling. No microwaves or coffee pots or phones in rooms. 3rd day in we gwt told not to fushing toliet paper down the toilets cuz they are not flushing right. Pool closed fitness room closed and was told there is breakfast well that included raisin cereal oranges and bananas. Bananas were so bad my child took one bit and spit it right back out. Then was getting woke up to people banging on stuff because they were in the hall way demoing things or trying to fix things. And this app wont let me upload pictures

Words cannot describe this property. Smell of paint, dirty carpets, wires hanging out, dingy looking rooms. The entrance to the property is through the back of the hotel where there is those big trash dumpsters. I don't understand how this hotel is operating. Pictures are so misleading.

It is a nice property; but if you don't have hot water you aren't really quite taken care of. I think this will be a great property, just still in basic renovation and restoration now

Terrible. First room toilet was broken Nails sticking out of wall cut open my back they gave me the passkey and a list of rooms to "look at" I spent an hour trying to find a decent room I was tired and settled The whole hotel smells like cigarettes and weed The elevators the lobby even outside. they have construction people living and working there The whole place is terrible. Do Not waste your money And the manager is worthless refused to help at all!!!
