Filthy, Disgusting, No Words Can Describe How Awful
Don’t get fooled like we did. What should have been an amazing experience with familiy playing games and enjoying time together the night before UAB Graduation, was ruined by having to clean the house enough to sleep because we had no other options. The moment you pull up to the house it looked totally abandoned and unkept. Open the front door and enter the home you are immediately hit with the smell of a home that is filthy. The previously renters must have been staying for a extended period of time and it looked like the only thing that was done when they checked out was the beds were made, there is no way of knowing if the linen was even changed. The primary bathroom had hundreds of pubic hairs on the floor, shower and even sink. Toothpaste on the mirror, toilet paper stained with a brown mark which was 3/4 used. The other bathroom equally as disgusting, if the video was allowed to be shared it would make you vomit. Fridge was not cleaned out, food from the prior renter and dirty dirty dirty, even hair in the fridge. No toilet paper in the bathroom because the roll was used. Counter tops had food and clearly not cleaned. Dryer did not work, no iron or even things that should be basic to any VRBO. Couches felt dirty, none of our family wanted to touch anything or sit or lay on any of the furniture. This VRBO should be taken down. Terrible experience that can’t be erased. The “host” offered 100.00!!!!! I spent 1hr cleaning the toilets, floors and showers.

Worst stay ever
I will start with this is a renovated property with a lot of potential! BUT by far the worse experience I’ve encountered with renting from Vrbo! For starters, we stay in a home with absolutely NO HEAT! The home was 60-64 degrees our entire stay and it was very cold outside! We alerted the owner immediately and as told his technician was out of town, and was offered absolutely no further assistance on how to proceed or fix the problem! So we were left in a freezing cold home all night long! Next, the dishwasher was full so soiled dish water that smelt awful then began to leak all over the floor.. it had to be there for a few days. The back door blinds were all torn and look very bad! The outside needs a lot of work for landscape both front and back to be more presentable! I highly would not recommend this place!

Great House
This house was perfect fo Me and my wife and one other couple. We also had 4 kids with us 2 12 yr olds, and 2 9 year olds. This house was perfect for us. We were in town for a soccer tournament. So after a long day of soccer the kids come Come in and play on the pool table, ping pong and Air hockey. All the amenities were great, the beds were comfortable sure beats a hotel. Especially when kids can have fun and the parents can relax I would highly recommend this house!

Girls Trip
The unit was very clean and just as described in the photos. The games contributed to our enjoyment of the unit. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom amenities were sufficient for our use. The Host, Johnathan, was very responsive. I would recommend this unit and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. Great location to several golf courses, airport, and downtown Birmingham. House had plenty of things to keep us busy like pool, air hockey, basketball… Home was very spacious and clean. Check in and check out process was very easy. Our host was great with quickly answering our texts. Would stay here again!

Spacious home w/ abundance of fun!
This home has plenty of space and sunlight! The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. It was a short drive to many good restaurants. (We especially recommend The Metro Diner!) With all the fun indoor games available, it is perfect for most any group during any season. Communication with the owners was excellent. We appreciated the basket of snacks available to us. They asked us to do very little prior to check-out. We would stay here again!

Great House ~15 minutes from Dtown
Great House for small group of friends visiting Birmingham. Note the house is only 3 bedrooms, listing says 4. Modern finishes and great outdoor space in back. Comfortable gathering area with table games (pool, air hockey, ping pong, etc.). Fairly difficult to get Ubers in timely manner so plan in advance.

Upon ariving at the property,I was not impressed with the yard, landscaping and front and back porches, but when we entered the house my family and I loved it. It was very clean and spacious, a lot of activities to keep my grandchildren happy and occupied. I did have some suggestions that I relayed to the homeowner that would have enhanced our stay and he was very receptive and appreciative and started immediately making improvements. .

We rented the Oasis Home as a place to crash overnight as we traveled from Virginia to Florida. The house was clean, had lots of fun activities for our teens who had been in the car for 15 hours. The beds were confortable. Sheets and comforters appeared brand new. It was a quick one night stay so I don't have much to report on the area -- but if you are looking for a roomy clean fun place to stay in Birmingham, I would recommend!!

Great Location Near Birmingham
Great large house. Great communication with the owner. No issues with the wifi even when all six of us were using our cell phones. We used all four beds in the three spacious bedrooms. Both bathrooms were clean and the kitchen spacious (we cooked breakfast both mornings we were there). I will look to stay again if I need to return to Birmingham on business or pleasure.
