Couldn’t have had better
The check in was very quick and smooth, the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. We also had breakfast included which was delicious. Everything was perfect.

A great stay and perfect location
We stayed for three nights after flying in to Heathrow and the hotel proved to be perfect for our needs. It is only five minutes from West Ealing Station and very convenient for travel to and from Heathrow as well as central London. The service at the front desk and at breakfast each morning was invariably friendly and helpful. The room wasn't the most modern, but it was comfortable and suited the style of the place. The beer garden is huge and we spent some late afternoons enjoying the Paris Olympics on the big screen with a few drinks, but we never were troubled by noise once we went back to our room. Food was typical pub fare, but quite ok.

Another great stay , staff always a polite and friendly. Thanks Reception / housekeeping you make my stay a memorable one. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated The beds are really comfy. Its lovely to have a fridge and complimentary tea/coffee and water. The hotel is situated to great for transport links for airport and central london. With a selection of place to eat spoilt for choice

We stay here a fair amount and always have the same room as it's wonderful. The staff at the venue are so helpful and friendly. Bigger chain hotels could learn a lesson in customer service from these guys! Absolutely fabulous staff. The food and drinks are great and the Sunday lunch is gorgeous. 10/10 again guys!
