Feont desk didnt have change for a 20 when we bought items. The pool was cold and lights were mostly burned out so it was dark in the pool area. They only gave us a limited amount of pool bracelets. Couldnt even purchase additional ones. It was just constant signs that no parties were allowed in the poolarea, so much so that I felt that i couldnt invite family over to swim or I'd be breaking rules. It was just kinda run down and not maintained very well. A lot of the exercise equipment in the fitness room was not in working order.

The bathroom was not clean bathtub and floor, the hot tub was over chlorinated and had seriously scalding water coming out by the feet. I had checked in and been there for an hour already when my door flung open and a woman came in. They had checked another family into my room. I was not impressed at all with this place.

The room had dated features like think late 90’s and a few mechanical issues. The main door to the room was missing the security latch. The only at to turn the light on on the bathroom casted light into the sleeping area. The front door was between 3/4” and 1” short leaving a gap that allowed us to listen to the soothing sounds of loud sketchy individuals, it was great I didn’t want to go to sleep until after 2 in the morning, I mean who does. The heater/air conditioner makes a loud slamming noise when it shuts off and if you pair that with the rest of the issues above it doesn’t make for a peaceful or relaxing sleeping experience.
