Location is great, the hotel is clean and quiet, the bed is comfortable. If it's litteraly just to sleep it's fine. But not a pleasant place to stay : no natural light in the room, only in the bathroom, can't open a window (felt a bit stifling and unhealthy), desk too narrow to fit even a laptop, in the end I had to sit on the toilet and move some bathroom furniture in order to me able to work and have day light. According to the floorplan, probably half of the rooms don't have natural light in the room.
The safe was broken, the curtains were torn from the rail, both things I flagged to reception and they didn't do anything about it. No mirror close enough to a plug to be drying your hair seeing what you're doing.
Not wardrobe to unpack into (just 4 hangers next to the bed) . Overall I expect a 4 star hotel pays attention to these kinds of comforts.
