Good hotel needs a bit update, clean staff helpful and easy to talk to, breakfast was good plenty of choice, shower water was good plenty of hot water, TV worked fine, decent size room handy for shopping centre and cinema ect , will staying again
Well where do I began the room mould in shower and hair on the tiles from previous occupants dirt on carpet thick layer of dust on shelf above bed curtains stained drawers had stains in mattress stained TV remote didn't work properly toilet hard to flush toilet roll holder hanging by a thread wallpaper peeling in places into the hallway decoration half attempted hallway stank of smoke and other substances although smoking not allowed in rooms Continental breakfast well if there was any left that is and when there was all the pastries were burnt and it was pastries 2 choices and toast or cereal that looked like it been there a while or probably the cheapest they could find would never stay again only good thing few minute walk to sea front
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower in bathroom was outdated. We told staff at reception and she said will get someone to have a look at it. Nothing at all it was just left how it was. I would avoid staying here. Itself a waste of money. And very limited options for breakfast
Can’t believe the price I paid for this amazing hotel! Friendly staff, free breakfast mini fridge behind reception with drinks and snacks for quick and easy purchase… also have a bar and a lovely little seating area outside.
My girls loved this hotel!
Lovely room hotel good didn’t have the breakfast has had a early start , but for the price really good value , location good too , can’t really complain £30 for one night with breakfast
The lift was broken, I got a message 2 days before I was meant to go,to let me know, I booked a family room and it looked and felt dirty, the en suite was so grubby you couldn’t tell whether it was dirty or stained. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it has a major overhaul.
The Property was located in a good place with many other properties around, Most of the places we wanted to go were walking distance which was good, Spoiled for Choices of Restaurant. This was the first time in Blackpool overall enjooyed with the Family
The Arncliffe was in a great location right next to Winter Gardens. The room was spacious with plenty storage space, tea, coffee etc. The bathroom was massive with a bath and shower over the bath. Clean towels, hairdryer, handwash/shower gel. Continental breakfast were included. I would most definitely stay here again.
Breakfast was a joke trying to cook boiled eggs in a bian marie was ridiculous when questoined staff was told need to put them in for longer (they had been in there for 35mins)
Bed was not comfy kept waking up all during the night lift was broken so had to walk to the top of the hotel breakfast was not well organized no selection went down once all that was available was toast and 3 different cereal
A clean and comfortable hotel, quite near to the seafront. Opposite the Winter gardens.the continental breakfast was good, we arrived 1/2 before breakfast was finished and there was a good choice.i would stay here again.
I stayed one night with my 12 year old daughter and one and half year old neice. The bed was clean and fresh towels too.
However when we arrived the reception was packed full of people to sign in but there was no-one behind the desk.
That seemed to be the case for the rest of the evening too. The stairs are very steep and it really is hard work to get bags and cases up them.
We wanted to sleep but it was VERY noisy with people drinking, smoking and shouting outside the front of the entrance of the hotel.
In the morning we went for the continental breakfast but the pastries were burnt and the cereal was old and stale. The dining area had a musky smell to it too.
We went upto the room for showers and to make the baby a drink of cordial but the COLD tap was actually hot and I had to run it for about 5 or so minutes before it ran cold.
Overall for one night it is acceptable but I wouldn't have stayed any longer and I doubt I would return again.
The room in the hotel had lots of dust and the toilet was broken but the bed is comfy and it looks ok and there was no bed cleaning until we left but I am not sure if I would recommend it or not
