If your looking for somewhere to get your head down from a night out perfect. Long stay no!... We was notifed that the lift wasnt working prior to arriving. But on arrival then to be told, The Wifi Isnt Working Properly, Tv wasnt Working, then on the morning to be told there wasnt breakfast either. Alot of work needs to be done there.
Check in guys were lovely and helpful. Night porter was kind and helpful. For a total price of £24 a night including breakfast you can't knock this hotel at all. Room, bathroom and bedding was all clean. If I ever need a last minute option in Blackpool again I wouldn't hesitate.
Worst nights sleep ever! Me and my wife woke up to bangs and fighting! My wife had to ring the police! Far doos you cant help who stays but the staff and expecially the manager was not supportive at all... we got 'cantact Experian' hes lucky he mever got a dig there and then!
For the price- the stay was perfect!
Can’t get much better for the low cost of the room.
The rooms need a little ‘tlc’ however was fine for what we required it for.
Nice a quiet, no loud noises etc.
Breakfast was perfect for the price too!

No shower
I have stayed at this hotel once before and had a pleasant enough stay. This time it was extremely poor as there was no shower facilities. I contacted the reception upon the evening as there was no dial in the middle to change the temperature, maintenance informed me that housekeeping had never brought this to there attention and came to fix it well glue a middle bit in. I was then told that this would take 30 minutes to set and could not use the shower we all went out that evening without refreshing up with a shower. In the morning we then attempted to use the shower again to which the glue had set and the temperature again would not change. I have a disabled child with me that needs constant additionally washing. For this facility not to be in use and no other alternative wash facilities is extremely poor.
Comfortable bed, good sized room, lots of hangers in wardrobe, extra heater to support radiator. Plenty of choice for breakfast, good sized dining room. Perfect location for shopping, winter gardens and the theatre. Car park at the top of the road is a good price for the weekend.
Absolutely terrible stay, up all hours with people running around the hotel, kids making all sorts of noise through the night. The walls and floors shake with every movement and to top it off someone smashed a window right outside our room.
Yes, you get what you pay for, but having to pay a further £25 deposit for the dogs when other people with rowdy kids and who break windows don’t pay deposits is a joke.
If you want anything close to a peaceful sleep then do not book here!
This hotel is nice clean staff lovely and rooms nice breakfast was continetal all you can eat was really nice closecto wibter gardens iv been twice now and will deff be booking again it just shame there homeless people sleeping outside of the hotel that makes you feel abit unsafe
