The location to VT and right off 81 was good. 15 min from campus. Hotel is older, but it was clean and convenient. Our car was parked outside the room which was actually nice. Take and go breakfast was fine. We will stay here again without a doubt. Staff was really nice. Sheetz and Dunkin was in walking distance.

Very friendly staff at reception desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just premade stuff, toast, cereal, yogurt, milk and juice. I would stay here again. It is very close to I81 so you do hear traffic noise from the highway.

For an economy hotel, this place was fantastic. Updated room that was clean with very helpful staff. Breakfast was more of a grab and go but great variety both mornings. Very safe and convenient area.

I made a reservation in advance. It was a football weekend so rates were jacked up. The "non-smoking" room I was given was obviously smoked in. It was awful. The desk clerk made me come back to the desk to give me another room, which meant re-packing everything back into the car. The second room smelled better, but it was upstairs - and that was ok - and it was quiet and nicer.

Perfect spot, as usual for a VT Football game. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is back. Just enough to start the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Fantastic sunset!

Why call it non smoking if that's not true?
Absolutely disgusting smelling room. Was marketed as non-smoking but it has obviously been smoked in previously. Sheets smelled clean but woke up smelling like the room. Bathroom was clean at least so I could take a shower and scrub the smell off of me. Damp spots were present on the furniture and ceiling. We woke up early just so that we could leave.

Unexpectedly I found this property to be affordable & clean. The sheets were so soft & looked as if they had been ironed. Most hotels blame it on being green and we are forced into unironed sheets, that look disgusting & who can tell if they are fresh. The bathroom needed some repairs but I had a fair shower. We skipped breakfast it was cereal & donuts. No protein. If there had been an egg we would have gone. Check- out was early 11am but it still gave us time to have a leisurely morning. Overall was happy with this hotel.
