As you enter this spacious home, you are brought into the main living space. This space is centered around a beautiful floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace surrounded by cozy seating for the entire group. The 65" TV includes Netflix and Disney+. The smart TV will also allow you to access other apps of your choice. PLEASE NOTE: no regular cable available.

Off the living room are the glaring green views of the 8th fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf Course. Walk outside the large glass door onto a spacious deck with a dining table and lounge seating. Grill up your favorite meals on the Weber propane grill, or sit back and relax enjoying the front row seating to golf and serene wildlife.

Off the living room is the dining area with a gorgeous live edge wood table with seating for 8. The dining room also hosts our expansive coffee bar. Enjoy your choice of a french press, drip coffee, or K-Cups. Coffee, tea, filters, sugar, and creamer provided.

Into the kitchen you will find brand new appliances and fully stocked cupboards. Brand new ceramic cookware, silicone cooking utensils, mixing bowls, storage containers, serving platters, dishes, and utensils. Small appliances include: blender, airfryer/toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, hand mixer. Plenty of space and all the supplies you need to cook meals for the whole group, or, spread out an array of takeout boxes!

Off the kitchen and living room is the first full bathroom, including a large vanity and tub/shower.

Across from the guest bathroom is the first bedroom furnished with a queen size bed.

Continuing back the hallway on the first floor your will find one of the two master suites. This master suite has a California King size bed, smart TV, and its own full bathroom with large vanity and brand-new luxury tile shower.

Moving further down the hallway on the first floor is the laundry room in which you will find a bookshelf fully stocked with games and puzzles for all ages. Through the laundry room is your access into the garage. The garage has parking for one vehicle, in addition to a shuffleboard table and ping pong!

Heading upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds and a smart TV.

The second bedroom upstairs is another master suite. This suite includes a King size bed, 50" smart TV, full bathroom with double vanity and brand new luxury tile shower. Additionally this room has a designated workspace. The highlight of this suite is the private deck overlooking the beautiful golf course green with a bistro set for 2.

In addition, we do have supplies available for those of your traveling with infants or young children. Infant supplies include a pack and play, high chair, baby bath tub, baby monitor. For toddlers and up we have an assortment of toys for them to enjoy and child-friendly dishes and cups.

Each room has its own thermostat for baseboard heating. 4 Mini-splits offer heating and cooling in both master bedrooms and the main living areas. Fireplace can be used for heat in the winter as well. Must provider your own firewood.

Garage parking for 1 vehicle. Driveway parking for two more vehicles.
