Despite the property's renovations, there is a pervasive odor of mold that could potentially pose a health risk to guests, suggesting that the mold may be embedded within the building's structure. To mitigate this, we slept with the windows open, and fortunately, our stay was only for one night.

A great little property with clear, easy instructions for access. Perfect for a golden circle tour. Maybe just a little dated in parts but absolutely no issue for us during our stay.

After driving from the airport, it was lovely to come into a warm, clean room. Lovely walks around, with the thermal baths nearby.

Overall we had a great stay at Bjork Guesthouse and would come back again next time we visit the golden circle. We had some issues with the self-check in process and access to the guesthouse and our room, but the owners were prompt in helping us get in and ensure we could keep getting inside. We had a very comfortable bed with a modern private bathroom.
