Stopped for one night while walking the QCT. The room was nice and quiet. I enjoyed the food as well. I highly recommend.
My only gripe is the lack of facial tissue in the room. Very odd for such a nice place.
Fabulous location, great for a stop over on the Queen Charlotte track, but the place seemed in need of some care and attention around the grounds. Food was good, and accommodation ok but for the cost it felt like it needed some TLC around the estate.

The lodge is in the wilderness and does a great job of handling people and luggage. It has wonderful views . It’s very expensive though.
Great stay, enjoyed our little chalet especially the fantastic views. Staff were excellent and they provided a awesome packed lunch for our walk on the Queen Charlotte Track, great that you can check out from the top restaurant on your way out.
We loved Punga Cove Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great and the accomodation was eco-friendly and comfortable. Oh, and the free parking, was a boat on a mooring. The staff are only too happy to shuttle you to and from your boat on their tender.
A nice peaceful place to stay. Not much activities, so you’ll need to plan your days. Great if you like reading. Walk to Furneaux is nice but quite long. No TV’s. No cellular. Limited internet (just two spots on the resort). Quite steep to travel around but it will get your fitness up. All in all a chilled out resort.
My partner and I throughly enjoyed our mid-winter stay at Punga Cove. The location is stunning, the facilities were excellent and the staff were exceptional!
Pizza and beer at the cafe after walking the Queen Charlotte Track was very good! The packed lunch for the next day's walk was the best we had on the track.
We were hiking ahead of a looming storm on the Queen Charlotte Track. The sky looked as if it would rupture and drown us in rain driven by a maniacal wind. Just as we thought we were lost the sign to the Punga Cove brought us hope. We could not have found a more pleasant spot to weather out the storm. The room had a beautiful deck overlooking the cove with a nice kitchenette, comfortable shower and a warm and welcoming bed. We sat and watched the maelstrom outside our sliding glass door in complete comfort. When the storm paused a bit we made our way to the restaurant for an excellent vegan meal prepared just for us. The restaurant is staffed with the nicest people who politely attended our every need. It was amazing to find such a well appointed restaurant in this remote location. After a comfortable night's sleep and a delightful breakfast, we picked up our vegan sack lunches prepared fresh that morning. Best of all we were able to check out at the restaurant and save steps on our way back to the trail.
Quiet weekend away in the most peaceful place I havebeen in a long time

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Disliked: Staff & service
Nice but room for improvement
Nice resort but they need to install bigger water tanks! Skeleton staff in off season. Chalets are lovely but needs some upgrading. Very steep paths . No wi fi.
