Welcome to the ultimate Shuswap Lake getaway! Enjoy the lake experience to the fullest with the exceptional amenities our home has to offer, with breath-taking views of the lake from the floor to ceiling windows. Along with 3,500 square feet of interior living space, our property also includes a private beach across Eagle Bay Road. This includes a private dock, private boat launch and private buoy, eliminating the hassle of dealing with crowds at public boat launches on a busy day! Our beach is one of the more desirable, less rocky beaches in the area, and has a fire pit area (fire bans permitting, bring your own wood). Our property has the best view of Copper Island out of anywhere on the lake!

Our home is great for entertaining with its open concept design and large games room/lounge downstairs. You will have access to the hot tub and large covered patio. Behind the house is parking for up to six vehicles, including two covered carport spaces. Feel free to park your boat trailer!

Upstairs is where you'll find the primary suite with private entrance to the patio and hot tub area, as well as a full bath, laundry, a guest bedroom, and open living/kitchen/dining area. Downstairs you'll find the ultimate lounge and games room, including a pool table, foosball table, dart board and two large screen tv's, as well as a variety of board games. On this level is where you'll find the four remaining guest rooms and one full bathroom. Double doors lead out to the front lawn allowing quick access to the beach.

Across the road is a magical pathway lit by fairy lights that leads down to the beach. There are lounge chairs and picnic table for entertaining. The boat launch is directly across from the driveway making launching your boat a breeze. Using the boat launch comes at your own risk, we assume no responsibility for any damage to your property or person. The launch is private, although we do allow our neighbours to use it occasionally. We ask that everyone launches their watercraft and then pull their trailer and vehicle back up to the parking lot.

Gas, groceries and liquor can be found a 5 minute drive away at the Blind Bay Village Grocer. If you feel like a night out, Finz restaurant and Bayside Grill are also a short drive or boat ride.
Make yourself at home in one of the air-conditioned rooms featuring fireplaces and Smart televisions. Rooms have private patios. Kitchens are outfitted with refrigerators, ovens, and stovetops. Conveniences include microwaves and coffee/tea makers.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
