Beautiful property, quiet and just what we were looking for. Check-in was easy but we didn’t find out until after we booked that the pools were closed down for repairs. None of the websites stated they were closed. The bed was comfy, room was clean and out stay was wonderful. The only thing I had an issue with was the text message about check out… they wanted us to strip the beds take the trash and clean up to make it easier on the cleaning crew for the next guests. I already keep it clean (OCD) but they didn’t specify where trash cans were for taking the trash and to just strip sheets off the bed to then leave them laying on the bed? It was weird, I paid to stay at your hotel but yeah I’ll help clean it…

The room was spectacular!!! And the staff were so very helpful and friendly! It was very quiet. Just what we were looking for in our weekend. Shopping, food and groceries are just a short drive from the resort. This is perfect to make for a quiet weekend away.

The hotel was amazing, very clean, and everyone was helpful! Our little one loved that they did s’mores every night at the same time. The only downside was their pool was shut down due to storm damage but the hotel did make it right with us.

We can't say enough about how much we loved our stay here!! It was so hard to leave! From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. The villa was incredible - the beds were so comfortable, the rooms immaculate, updated, and just beautiful! We loved having a washer/dryer at our leisure, and we enjoyed watching the sun rise/set from our balcony. A bonus was s'mores every night at 7! We had our plans previously booked, but the one night we could, we made sure to meet the staff by the pond for some s'mores! We only had one mishap our first morning, in that coffee pot didnt work, but the staff came in while we were out for the day and took care of it, no problem! We will stay here again when visiting Branson again!

It is a lovely condo and very spacious. The balcony was wonderful. Easy communication with the front desk. They were working on the swimming pool area so that wasn't available, which we would have used. The furniture is starting to wear, especially in our bedroom, and the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling. I would go back, though.

The place was huge with a room that separated the living area from the bedroom. The place was clean except for the sleeper sofa which had stains on the mattress and sheets. There place appeared to have at lot not working. The vending space in the lobby only had water! The pool is not working when we went which was advertised but we overlooked. Anyways the price is way too high for what was offered. Might be worth it when the pool is working. Not currently. Last minute trip so it was not awful. Clean and spacious. Pricey for sure.
