Small, cramped rooms with old furniture, loud AC, air filters in the rooms so they dont smell. Tiny bathrooms with cloth curtains that you have to close the door to exit. Its just cheap in every direction. I will not be returning.

Comfortable, friendly, quiet but a bit outdated
This hotel has generous rooms, extremely comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff and very generous hot breakfast buffet with friendly servers. The hotel’s decor is a bit dated, reminding me of the early 90s, but it’s clean and will kept up with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Worst hotel ever. Comedy of errors at every turn.
Had a water leak in room 140 from the toilet upstairs. The water was dripping through the lights. I was not informed for nearly 2 hours as to what the issue was until I walked over to the front desk to report it. I was then hurried to change rooms. The vending machines didn't work. The shop was always closed. One of two elevators was not working the wait to get to the 7th floor was long. The room I was moved into (740) had a blocked toilet. When I reported it I was given a plunger. And I had to resolve the issue myself with the toilet overflowing and flooding the room ! I had to use towels from the shower to mop up the toilet water. Overall a ridiculous experience!! Honestly the worst experience ever.
