I stayed in room 419. Thanks to the staff they were all friendly. The parking was always empty a lot of empty slots to park.

The hotel is under construction/renovation so it’s hard to actually rate it. But, the staff was wonderful and accommodating and helped to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Property was being remodeled. So there was some chaos. Was happy room was very clean. Nice location.

Arrived at 3 for check in at 3 and after standing in lobby for about 15 min without either of the 2 employees acknowledging I was there I politely said hello, and was told come back in an hour. I asked check in time and was told 3, I replied it is after 3 but ok. Came back at around 4:30 and again not acknowledged by the now 4 employees so I asked if someone could help me with checking in and finally given a room that was not cleaned, when I told the employees the room hadn't been cleaned their reply was yes we know. I was shocked like really you knowingly gave me and my 2 kids an uncleaned room, I was given a different room that was clean. The employees were very unprofessional.

They were renovating the facilities, the halls were extremely dirty, they never clean the room or change the towels while we were there. One night we came to a closed lobby door with a notification that the hotel was over book that guest needs to contact Expedia or Booking. We had to look how to get in because there’s was no one at the front desk to open the door for us and they were not answering the phone. The lobby had a peculiar smell… the pool looks green. Resuming they have good facilities, the garden and pool area are really nice but they need to have it sparkle clean!!! And of course the customers services needs to improve!

After booking the room weeks in advance, 2 hours before check in time we get a call from Oasis canceling our reservation because they claim Hotels.com OVERBOOKED our room and there was nothing they could do about it. Needless to say, our trip was ruined. I will never use Hotel.com or Expedia services ever again. Just the worst.

Property was in a good location, rooms were spacious although smelled musty. Beds were comfortable. Shower was luke warm at best so if you like hot showed definitely not the place for you. Front desk staff were helpful. Would stay again if in the area

It was quiet and room was clean. Some construction was being done by the pool and it was quite noisy while I was trying to read. I had a do not distub sign on my door, but house keeping went in there anyway 1 of my days. I prefer no services for my stay as I have medications, shopping items, and money lying out. I have found in the past at other hotels that my luggage etc had been searched through, so thats why I dont need anyone going in my room when I have the sign on the door. I would stay there again if I am back in the area.

Room was renovated but they did not do shower area. Shower is horrible and i had no hot water this morning. Actually little water comes out of shower. Fan sounds like jet engine. Door to room needs replacing. Some doors getting into facility need replacing. Have stayed here before, this was last time.

Quiet comfort, super front desk & great breakfast
Front desk personnel are five star golden. Renovations are noisy and impact the pool area, drywall dust pretty much on all outside flooring. Great breakfast! Comfortable room, the bed was just right and a quiet room to sleep in. The refrigerator was off when we arrived, turned on and sometime during night turned off. Good location and a super place for a birthday weekend.
