Basic room for a basic price.
No frills lodging for a good price. The room was clean and the shower had very good hot water. The complementary egg breakfast helped jump start our day. It was maybe a mile walk walk to zona G.
The hotel is very beautiful the room has a toothbrush toothpaste, freezer whit water juice, etc

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Depends on your room I think
The area is better than it appears when you first get there. You are close to some good spots. I was given a very small room with no real window in it (there was a brick wall six inches from the window). I had paid for a room with a fridge and microwave. The second night they relented and gave me a room that had a large window, and right outside it was the housekeeping storage area where people were constantly coming and going. A see-through covering for the window, so no privacy unless I was in the bathroom. Since the window panes were cracked the cold air came in and the broken glass clanked in the night as it shifted. Staff was not really interested in helping with anything. They were all about minimal efforts. They loved to talk in the lobby until late at night. And because everything is tile, their voices echoed through the halls. If they had a little more attention to customer service they could easily fix a few minor things and have a nice little hotel. They had hot water - which was nice!
Everything was perfect except they tried to charge us twice due to a misunderstanding among their staff. The hostess followed us out the hotel after we had checked out for a few blocks and tried to tell us that we did not receive payment. She was very nice about it when we explained the situation but we had to explain to her that there is NO WAY we are paying the hotel fee twice. We did not have a receipt because we paid the fee in cash upon checking in..
I had a great experience at Hotel Real. The service was great and the workers were extremely friendly. We had wifi, free breakfast, hot water, and a very comfortable bed. I would definitely book again.
First, i was with my child and my husband's daughter and they attendant us like a trash, i never felt like this in my life.

OK but so so
Generally the OK is OK depends on its price in Bogota.
But speaking of the experience,
the hotel's surroundings is not very good,
and the room is a little rough.
And the other issue is that there says not 16% for foreigners living less than 60 days,
but I had to pay the tax.
It's an OK Hotel. It's location wasn't my favorite, but, it wasn't that bad. Staff is incredibly nice and supportive. Gave me tips in places to visit, how to deal with cab drivers, etc. Although I stayed just one night, it was pleasent.
