Our superior king room only had towels and robe and coffee for one person. Room service food was cold. Water in the bathtub from the hotel was filthy dirty. Air-conditioning did not work. This was the supreme room they had. Not great. Shuttle drivers and service is excellent!!!

I stayed at this hotel twice; the first time was good, we arrived around 9pm to Bogota, the shuttle was waiting for us and check-in was smooth. However, a week after, I stayed at the same hotel; (I booked two rooms with queen size beds) we arrived at pick up area at the airport around midnight and we had to wait around 45-50 min for the shuttle, and the check in time was super slow; there were people who arrived after us and got their room first. We were super tired and had to wait half and hour because apparently our rooms weren’t ready (and we called before to make sure they were!) Additionally one of the rooms was a 2 twin size room and not a queen size, which was next to a maintenance room and the noise was terrible all night! I was not expecting this from a well known hotel.

i was dissapointed with the restaurant menu. price on the menu are differents that what you get charged. the explanation i got was that, it's not the hotel fault but the operating system for transactions. so cashier suggested not to tip the waiters, which is absurd. staff is rude and not polite. finally i got to talk to the manager but it still not a pleasant experience

The airport shuttle service was very good and efficient. Hotel was really near the airport. I received a very nice and large room. Had dinner and the food was good but service was poor with not enough staff. Breakfast just okay with no employees around. Could not even get a cup of tea and no one to ask. Double lock on door was inoperable. Had to ask to receive a remote control for air conditioning and eventually received one. Toilet seat in room loose. Employees at reception were more interested in talking to each other than offering assistance but when they helped they were friendly.
