The staff was great and friendly however the property was not. At no point was I ever inform it was going under construction. The room I got, the lights were not working and shutting of every 5 minutes and two of the lamps did not turned on. While taking a shower all the lights turned off and I was in the dark. I called the front desk and the best solution they gave me was to put a note on the system so they can come and fix it sometime. There was no AC, you can open the windows which I did however the room was still very hot. Very bad expiration and will not be staying in this hotel again.

The king bed suite was amazing. Has a balcony and very quiet at night. Safe to walk around and many dining options a few blocks away. Staff was always helpful

The experience I had with this hotel is really disappointing. Although the hotel's location and building are good, there are a lot downfalls involved. I will explain why. 1- I booked a deluxe room but when we arrived we were given a room without a window. When we complained, they said that this is their standard room and I could upgrade to a room with a balcony. I explained that I do not need a balcony but the only way forward was to pay extra money to get a room with a window. 2- We booked a room with two double beds and finished with a room with one double bed and one single bunk bed. 3- No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. 4- Shower was very bad, with no shower head. 5-Water was turbid ( 6- The water drains very slowly from the sink and shower. 7- Food at breakfast was substandard with limited choice. 8- Coffee and tea served at breakfast were made with highly chlorinated tap water. tastes absolutely revolting. In summary, in spite of the good location, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.
