LOUD! Every step above us echoed through our room. Cleaning could have been a little better. Room and facility were great…nearly new. Good pet hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place was newer which is always nice. We were abruptly awaken by the sound of the fire alarm which had us scrambling to gather our things very early in the morning. The alarm went off and lasted about 15 minutes and it was a “test”…maybe the hotel is too new to consider another stay until they work things out. We ended up checking out shortly after as there was no chance of going back to sleep.
