Fairly new property (opened within the last 3 years?). Built in the middle of a new business and dining/recreational area (still empty lots available for development). Room was very clean and had a nice seating area. Pool is outdoors, and covered overnight. Fitness room was clean and equipment well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfest was very good and freshly made. Very convenient to Eagle Road and I84. Only about 15 minutes from Boise airport. Only complaint was shower door was not balanced correctly.

Poor service
Initial impressions were great but it went quickly downhill from there. The property looks new and modern. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, the bed was uncomfortable; the freeway noise was constant; the food was just, Ehh. The worst part was that our room was only cleaned once in the four days we were there(I asked the staff twice to make sure it would be done). On the fourth evening I had go to the front desk and get fresh towels. Not the end of the world but I expected, and paid for, better service than that.

We love Hyatt
It was great, minus the housekeeping missed the dirty linens on the fold out couch when making up the room. They promptly brought fresh for us. Great pool for kids, comfy beds ands pillows, wonderful breakfast with lots of options! Would definitely stay again!
