Pre-Check-In Security Deposit: All reservations are subject to a $250 Pre-Check-In Security Deposit for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no issues occur.
House Rules Violation Fee: A $250 fee may be charged if house rules are violated, including but not limited to smoking inside the unit, hosting unauthorized parties/events, bringing pets, or exceeding occupancy limits. Failure to comply may also result in the cancellation of your stay.
House Rules:
- No Smoking – Smoking inside the unit, common areas, or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.
- No Parties or Events – Unauthorized gatherings or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- No Pets – We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM – Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down during these hours.
Guest Requirements: You must be 21 or older to rent this property.
Parking: Please note that parking is not included with your reservation or provided by the property. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby parking garages are also an option. Keep in mind that parking availability may be limited during local events or due to adverse weather conditions, so we recommend planning ahead.
