Immaculate and substantially updated 3-bedroom, 2 bath, pool home on a private street within walking distance to beaches and shopping.

This beautiful home has updated baths and kitchen with lots of granite counter space and beautiful stainless-steel appliances. The master bath features his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. Additional custom features include tile floors, plantation shutters, and an outdoor kitchen.

Large family room with high ceilings makes for a large, open feeling and is great for entertaining and enjoying a family movie or game night. Outdoors awaits a tropical retreat where you can take a swim in the sparkling pool, soak up the Florida sun, and enjoy drinks and laughs with family and closest friends.

This home offers solar pool heating only, the heater is set between 87 - 90 degrees at all times and is running until June. It depends on the outside temperature as to what temperature the pool reaches. There is NO CHARGE for this solar heat as it is always on and cannot be switched off for your stay.
