The best part of the stay was the staff and service, they were always willing to help when needed. The breakfast both days we tried to eat at the hotel the food was cold. Eggs had a lot of water in the pan. We stayed in a one bedroom suite on the first floor. Our windows faced the pool so we could not leave our window curtains open which made our room very dark. A room on an upper floor would have been better. The room lighting was very dim, the only bright light was the one above the bathroom sink. My husband wanted to read, but the lighting was not bright. This room was good size since it was a suite, with a large sofa, kitchen, bedroom and two tvs. The kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave, a few utensils and paper towels and some kitchen counter space. I did not look in every cabinet so there could have been other utensils.The bathroom had a standard tub and shower. The room was decent but had some imperfections. Not sure how old the hotel is, but could use some updating. Overall our stay was good,

Decent clean 4 floor hotel with a nice pool and gym. Had no issues. The included breakfast was decent as well could use some more variety of choices like a waffle machine and some more fresh fruits. I feel the kitchen staff was overwhelmed sometimes by the number of guests all showing up at times at the same time. So some selections ran out.

All of the above and more. I have already sadly given my opinion. We checked out after one day. The room is un acceptable for anyone especially a handicapped person. Shame on your company for not researching this . We are not happy. And would like a full refund for the second day we did not stay and the $25 we were charged incase we stole something??? Being a third party customer we were told. And your breakfast was undesirable .

It was a good 5 day stay, my room was small for a “suite” but it was sufficient for me and 3 kids. Clean rooms. Furniture in the room could use an update. Staff seemed friendly. Kids went swimming every day, which they loved because the weather was great and since we come from the north we don’t get to go swimming in outdoor pools at Christmas time lol. I assumed the water would be a little chilly so I didn’t go in untill the last night there when the kids told me it was a heated pool. I definitely regret not going in more because the pool temp was perfect and so relaxing. Pool is only open till dusk so be mindful of that. They have a laundry room, snack shack and workout room but we didn’t utilize those. On Wednesday nights they have drinks and apps but we got there very late on Wednesday so we didn’t get to try that. It would be cool if they added another night. The breakfast set up was really nice and i definitely enjoyed it and thought it was great and pretty cool they had breakfast taco option everyday, the only thing was I think the quality of the food could of been better and definitely the temps of the food ( hot food hotter, cold food/drinks colder) but other than that it’s definitely one of the better hotel breakfast’s I’ve encountered for sure. I was excited to wake up to breakfast tacos lol…Overall this was a great stay!!
