You will have a 3-room terraced house that is 70 square meters and spread across two levels. The living/dining room has a television and an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, also with an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a small sleeping alcove of 3 square meters with a rooflight and bunk beds, with each bed measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm long. On the lower ground floor, accessed by an exterior staircase, there is another room with a dressing room and a French bed of the same dimensions as the one upstairs, along with a shower and separate toilet.

The kitchen is open and features an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
