Lower points due to Expedia's management of the stay. Expedia did not provide a means to contact the hotel, which was difficult to approach by car. Entering the address into the GPS directed me to an illegal turn into a pedestrian zone. After (legally) parking in the neighborhood and walking to the hotel, the staff gave me a different address to use for the approach by car.
Expedia should have provided a phone number to contact the hotel, which would have saved me a considerable amount of time, after traveling all day.
