12x44 2bdrm park model home located 2 minutes North of the hamlet of Boston Bar in an established trailer park. Above ground solar heated 12'x4' pool, inflatable 4 person Saluspa hot tub. Ample outdoor seating and dining with Bbq. Pet friendly. Life in our trailer park moves pretty slow. Large Fir trees on lot. Air conditioning, Roku, Firestick, 2 t.v.s, music streaming Recently painted to add character. Queen bed in main and two twins in second. Couch in living room has bedding ready to go on bin under second bedroom bed. Alexa

The space is very cute- and so many little extras were out and care was taken to label things that may need explaining. The outside sitting space is cozy and we loved the idea of the hot tub, however it wasn’t able to heat up properly. The neighborhood appears a bit worn, but the backyard is quaint with trees and a big deck.

We stayed at Melissa's property for 3 nights while working in the Boston Bar area and could not be happier with our time there. The home is very well equipped, very clean, and comfortable. Melissa goes out of her way to make sure guests have everything they need, and is attentive to the smallest details. I would recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in Boston Bar.

It had everything required for our purpose and located in a quiet area, safe for our grandsons to expend some of their energy. Convenient to the campground we were visiting for the gold panning competition. Our host Melissa, was awesome to deal with as well. Highly recommend.
