Great location, great view of the city. All of us slept great. Other than having wrong code to get in, which was quickly rectified the stay was great and would stay there again.

Good place to see Boston
We had a great time visiting Boston. House is 10 minute walk to catch train into the city. Recommend being familiar with the playstation controller in main room to watch streaming using the projector. Each room has own ac units which kept room nice and cool. Large family room to relax in between activities. Owner very quick to respond to questions.

It was a very nice place with many amenities and space for everyone. My only concern was the lack of cleaning supplies, weird odors in the upstairs bathroom, and the cleanliness could've been up to par. The sheets had stains and almost looked like they were slept in—no sponge to clean dishes. The shower curtains were stained like no other. The refrigerator could have been wiped down. Lack of supplies such as hand soap. Besides that, the location was perfect, with sufficient parking available on the street, a decent view of the city and a nice skyline.

Good looking apartment but many problems
Andrew was very quick responding to questions and the apartment was pretty good for what we needed. About 15-20 mins from heart of Boston. Had a personalized welcome sign which was cute. Patios were great with views of the city. We were a group of 8 so 2 of us had to sleep on the couch, which wasn’t ideal but we didn’t have many other options in the area. However, all of the mattresses were either caved in in the middle or uneven. I was told there was already sugar at the house so we didn’t bring it for coffee but then was told there was none once we already arrived so we had to make a special trip just to get it. Was told the property manager forgot to put out the extra linens for people sleeping on the couch. The bathroom upstairs was awful because of the incredibly low, angled wall right in front of the toilet. None of the guys could stand up to pee and the women also had to crouch. Hit our heads on the wall many times turning around from the sink. Some of the outlets in the kitchen were broken so we thought some appliances were broken until we tested them on other outlets. Was told there would be a 7th chair for us, but there were only 6 chairs so one person always had to eat on the couch. Place was relatively clean, could be cleaner especially the showers. The front door was very finicky- the first time we were able to lock it but the second we couldn’t get in after many tries and thankfully were able to get through the back door. What was really awful was the location on the very sloped road. You have to be so incredibly careful driving and then parking as to not hit other cars. There aren’t many spots and you have to parallel park most of the time on the very sloped hill so it’s dangerous. Our stay was okay, but it definitely could’ve been improved.

Lovely Triple Decker
The house was a real beautiful triple decker that had tons of charm. The views of Boston were awesome. It was nice to have plenty of space. Hope to return.

Cool old building with an excellent host
Andrew was an excellent host. I asked ahead of time for a dry cleaner recommendation, as we were in town for a wedding and I needed my dress cleaned. His recommendation was perfect and he even left an iron and ironing board out for us to use--so thoughtful. We had tons of towels, bath products, etc. He left a binder for us on the table with information about safety, places in and history of the neighborhood, and the house. Very welcoming. The building is really beautiful. We do not know Boston and its neighborhoods at all and didn't realize how far we were going to be from the heart of the city. It was a $25 ride share every time we went out each way. There was plenty of available street parking. All in all, a great stay!

A casa estava imunda, mal cuidada, utensílios sujos e faltava itens como taças de vinho. Também não tinha ferro de passar, mas o anfitrião providenciou em 48 horas. A secadora de roupa não funcionava e precisou ser trocada também. A luz principal do banheiro estava queimada e não foi trocada, apesar de ter solicitado mais de uma vez. A cama era muito confortável, mas era o único ponto positivo.
