My girlfriends and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Boston. When we checked into our room, we were quite surprised to find that the bathroom did not have a door. This lack of privacy was a significant inconvenience, particularly the first night. The hotel was fully booked that day and a room change was not possible. Upon bringing this issue to the attention of Dawn, the hotel manager, the following morning, we were met with immediate understanding and professionalism. Dawn was incredibly empathetic and swiftly took action to resolve the problem. She found us another room that met our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. To our delight, she also offered thoughtful compensation for the inconvenience we experienced on the first night. Despite the initial hiccup, we were left with a positive impression of the hotel, largely due to her outstanding efforts.
