Everything was good. It was a bit disappointing that the pool is still closed. Cane 4 months ago and it was also closed so.... That was the only issue. Besides that I would stay here again. Very quiet and very clean.

Roulette wheel

Use this hotel regularly, however there are some employees that for whatever reason do not care about you or situation, I'm Ok being told No! I'm a grown man . however when it seems like No is the default instead of can I help you .... It becomes exactly what this hotel is... Service will be on the spin of a roulette wheel as some have been great others would not get hired at a finer establishment, with that said you can not expect the best when prices are set what they are and in that thought even when high priced hotels are used does not mean they are the best in service HOWEVER in all my years of travel and hotel I find it comes down to company culture... The individual is like us all on any given day how where operating as a professional regardless of cost a professional is who you should be dealing with! This hotel is simple to check in but for anyone looking for any type of assistance, even if I'll last minute as I dealt with in another stay or a cocoarach (bad spelling)I do not think you will get the resolve you may think.. and here is the tag line they all use regardless of good employees or not... I BOOKED WITH HOTEL. COM we can. It help you!!

The rooms were prerty clean. Ive stayed a few weeks and they make me switch rooms every week. I then have to wait 4 hours to check into another room or pay a fee to enter early. Also one of the rooms I just left today had fleas and I was bit all over my arms.

Booked for two nights, first night was fine it wasn’t a five star hotel of course but the person at the desk was nice. Second night we came back late because we went to a concert to our room being locked and the card key not working. So I had to call to get help the older man that showed up was just sitting there in the chair didn’t even say anything we didn’t even know he showed up. Then he fixed our key card threw it at us and left without saying anything, no ,” you’re all set” nothing . Very rude,in the garage people were smoking pot and it clearly states 250$ sign for smoking but the staff didn’t care. There were cars in the garage that were obviously there for awhile with vulgar writing graffitied on them.
