At 11pm we were already in Bed and a staff tried to open our door and knocked to see if we are in. Then asked our name, female voice, and told us that they changed our room. We told them we wanted to just stay in same room, called the front desk to see what’s happening. It’s so wrong to just try to open the door before notifying us by calling. Then at 5:35am, someone banged the door and awoke us. It’s really a horrifying experience. We hear stories about tourists getting robbed at hotel rooms and we thought it could be it. We were so scared thru the night because we didn’t open the door, didn’t see who was standing there, even the front desk told us it was one of their staffs, how do we know for sure? I couldn’t relax thru the night. Slept poorly. In the morning, our room key didn’t work. They changed the code? It just didn’t work. The room wasn’t maintained. Some hooks and towel bar were not attached right, a soap bar was opened used and it had a hair on it before we arrived. Bathroom ceiling had some bubbled parts. The bed was old and slanted down towards side table. We’ll never stay there again.

It's an older hotel but is in the midst of a refresh. There were little things to repair but nothing major. It's in a great location, expedia got us a great price, the restaurant is quite good, there's free breakfast every morning, and the staff was superb. Housekeeping was great! 24/7 latte/cappuccino machines. Nice indoor pool and gym

For a place outside the city it was reasonably priced. We received a small package with 2 waters and a bag of chips. It was a thoughtful gesture and a nice tough. The room was clean, and in good shape. The tv/ microwave/ fridge were not qorking but that was an easy fix as it was unplugged. However it did take quite a while for the water to get hot for the shower and i made it a quick one just incase the hot water went out. The breakfast was a.hit or miss. We enjoyed the fresh cantolpe, honeydew and pineapple along with apples and bananas, But the Pancake maker wasn’t working and the toaster didnt seem to toast.We found enough to eat to fill our bellies. Overall a quite, safe place to stay for a night.

My room was very comfortable. This is a great location and lovely environment. The staff are friendly and attentive. The entrance/exit is a little tricky so be mindful of that when driving in.

Our family stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was extremely humid, and the carpet was wet, which made the entire room feel uncomfortable. The beds were also damp, making it feel like we were sleeping in a wet bed. Additionally, the hotel did not provide body wash or shampoo, which was quite inconvenient. While the staff was friendly and the location was ok, the overall condition of the room detracted significantly from our stay.
