Location was excellent and we loved the property. However we paid expedia in full prior to our trip. I had also paid for valet parking. When I checked in I was was told that it was full and I'd have to park elsewhere. I was asked for a credit card for incidentals and I complied. The parking turned out okay because the valet told me that a spot had indeed been reserved for me. When I checked my credit card I found that I had been charged again for the stay. I went to the front desk and confirmed that I had been charged twice, however because the accounting office was closed for the weekend, nothing could be done until Monday. On Monday I was charged for the incidentals but it's Tuesday and I still haven't been credited with the overcharge.

A lovely location in the heart of Boston. The hotel was clean and the rooms were good if a little on the small side. You can walk to most places. The bus tour is definitely worth it if you are there for a few days only. Overall, a lovely hotel with wonderful staff.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. Very clean, excellent location for walking to lots of tourist attractions and shopping. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The in-hotel restaurant, Yard House, was very good, both in terms of service and food. Would definitely stay here again!

We were pressured during hotel check-in to take a king-bed room with pull-out couch for 3 people, even though we had paid extra for a larger 2-queen room. They talked of a 'corner' room, but the room was very small, the pull-out couch was a single-bed size, and our room was next to the elevator (not a corner room). I believe the fact that we booked through Hotels.com made us 'third-class guests'. Location is great - attached to a mall, easy walk to Fenway, nice area.

Convenient location, walking to shopping mall and train station. Clean, big reception, beautiful property. However, staff didn’t explain Expedia package to us and very confusing. First,check in staff didn’t talk to us and just gave us room key. No welcome smile,no explain about breakfast, facility time, room type confirmation…. Etc. The room wasn’t riverview that we requested. I called and operator said riverview is full. But actually it was available and very confusing. And We thought Breakfast was including but we didnt know $25 per day, the restaurant staff didn’t know the package service neither and sent us Marriott’s club after we already seated. And Mariotto club didn’t have our name and we were back and forth and very embarrassed and stressful morning. I think staffs need to know what Expedia offer to us. They gave us $50 coupon of restaurant but still stressful morning that supposed to be fun morning at trip. Other things was great.
