Great Hotel
Room was extremely clean, beds are super comfortable, the service was impeccable especially with Farah always taking care of anything we needed! When we come back to Boston will definitely return to this hotel!

The staff was either untrained, unsupervised or in the wrong profession. It was probably a combination of the three. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I travel extensively with my work and I have rarely been treated with such disrespect.

Not going again.
Gave me the only room out of 500 rooms that was musty and moldy. It smelled gross. They wanted to give me first floor then, as further punishment. I had to hold 3 times in order to get a satisfactory room. Stale beer smell sitting at the bar. 500 rooms and only 1 working elevator.

The room and facility were clean, modern, and comfortable but the staff were not always the most friendly and there was a wedding reception in a tent right outside our room so it was very loud while my kid was trying to go to sleep

Prices keep going up in the hotel and the restaurant, and now they charge for parking, but it's a pleasant stay with lovely views of the Charles from the river view rooms.
