We paid almost $900 for two nights stay I was highly disappointed the price didn’t reflect the service or quality We had a faucet in the shower that was crooked Both chairs were broken upon arrival The signed was the absolute worst ever experienced The phone was broken for the first day One pillow for the sofa bed was provided The pool was disgusting the chlorine smell was so bad-again it didn’t scream $450 per night The evening reception used to include alcohol-nope I was also charged for a Shirley temple-no refill It was cantaloupe cheese chips hummus carrots and celery ranch dressing It was incredibly sub par for an evening reception and such an expensive hotel The breakfast was ok The waffle makers were so so old we burnt our waffle so I had to clean the maker to use it Incredibly underwhelming

Under the flight path
I realize that ifyou have a shuttle access to Logan Airport every 15 minutes, the hotel is probably near the airport. But while trying to sleep for the few short hours we had before flying back to the West Coast and hearing a plane take off every 10 minutes or so? It was distracting when we were watching TV. But when we tried to sleep, it was a deal-breaker. Especially for what we were paying.

The main negative is that the shuttle service from the terminal is very poor. Not frequent at all. Calls to reception didn’t seem to make a difference. There’s traffic at the airport but the shuttles largely avoid. Plus is the breakfast, size or room and cost versus the Hilton (walk or shuttle), Hyatt (also poor shuttle experience but slightly up market and fab views). On the plus side if renting a car, the center for all is a short walk away (as is Dinkin Donuts).

Nice hotel near the Airport. Feels like a maze driving in and leaving, lots of turns. The hotel charges you $65 a night to park your car and if you are traveling it is $45 a night after the first. Extended parking was costly, but so is the airport.
