My only complaint is the noisy heating system for the room. It made a load noise when it shut off or turned on. It was quite noisy running as well. Consequently, we didnt get much sleep...

Nice option for a hotel close to Logan. The shuttle was a long time coming to pick us up but will not hold that against them.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful which was much appreciated after a flight cancellation. Special shoutout to Genesis the housekeeper for her assistance and the bartender working the night of December 20th for his patience and kindness.
