Encore boston is such a beautiful luxurious hotel and casino. My husband and I were only in town one night, but we did not want to leave! Every detail inside and out was top notch. The grounds outside and decor inside are stunning. Every employee is polished, kind, attentive and professional. The smoke free casino is so vibrant with plenty of food and drink options. (Our favorite was the hidden speakeasy!) Most impressive of all was how massive the "basic" hotel room and bathrooms are. I felt like a celebrity staying there. So elegant and relaxing, I can't wait to return.

Beautiful hotel both the interiors and surroundings. But Lacking in facilities such as pool, sauna, spa that you would expect from a hotel of such standard and price. Food was very expensive and there was very limited choice of breakfast. I was served a cold coffee that cost nearly 5 dollars.
