I liked that it was within walking distance of both the train and bus system. Additionally it was near multiple shopping centers. Being so close to the railway, I didn’t hear the train at all unless I was outside. The rooms and hotel were very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you don’t want to stay in downtown Boston but want to be a 10-15 minute train ride away.

The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable but the people who worked there should not be in that business. With the exception of one lady who worked at the front desk in the morning everyone else seemed so unfriendly and not happy to be of any help, a real turn off. They advertise really nice but they don’t deliver the service you expect at all. They make you feel like you’re a bother to even ask a question and all you get is an “I don’t know”! I saved up a long time to have a small vacation and I also paid a lot for my stay but the the attitude of the employees you’d think they had to pay. It puts a real damper on your stay. No one cared!!

Gabriel was such a joy to encounter upon check-in, even the housekeeping ladies on our floor during our one night stay were so pleasant. I would totally recommend this location and visit again myself.

Great affordable and clean hotel. 5 minutes walk from the T so you can go anywhere in Boston from there. Service was excellent. I lost my key card for the room and they replaced it right away at no charge.

Great hotel
The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Checkin was quick. You can hear the subway go by often, but it was not too loud. Ask for a room on the road side. It may reduce the sound. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices.

Parking was terrible. Lot was small. Upon check in I was asked if I would be parking a car. I responded yes and was given parking instructions and that is all. I had to return to the desk to get a sign for the car window.
