Smallest, dirtiest, most uncomfortable room/place I have ever been in, by far; air conditioning not workig; went with the fron desk guy and basically told me it was my problem; I was in NY a week ago, beautiful hotel, right on times square, nice room, for basically the same price; theres tons of more things I could say, but I dont believe its needed; if you are reading this review, DO NOT BOOK this hotel, not even by mistake.

This hotel is a wonderful option for people seeking a reasonably priced room right in the center of Boston. The room was small but comfortable and totally adequate for someone who was not planning to spend his time in his hotel room and wanted to be near center of town.

Unacceptable

I checked in one of their shared hostel style rooms, and then went out for most of the evening. When I returned I found someone else in the bed and found that my items were removed from my personal locker. The staff not explain why or how this happened. And I was left on the streets that night.

Won’t stay here again! Loud air conditioning thing kept us up all night. No room to even walk in the room kept hurting myself. Floors uneven was prob for me. Tiny tiny room no place to put anything. Shower was no water pressure. No amenities really. Way too much $$ for what it is! Now we know…

It was a shared room, so unsurprisingly noisy. The woman who came in at 2am was incredibly loud…. There was a lack of lighting in the room outside of the bunks. Shower and facilities were nice and clean. It would be nice to provide guests with ear plugs.

While the room is small, it offered what I needed for a one-night stay: a comfortable bed to sleep in, a convenient location (6 min. walk to Boston Common, Chinatown, and theatres) and nice economical toiletries. Stayed at a fancier property last time I was in Boston, and it was so loud! This room was nice and quiet, with the exception of cleaning crew and lobby noise (I was on the first floor right around the corner from the free coffee & tea, so that’s to be expected). Receptionist was friendly. Would stay here again.
