I loved this accommodation. I was only here for one night and I was alone, so I didn't mind. The front desk staff were amazing, and it was located close or walking distance to most things. The only thing I'd say I noticed is how thin the walls were. You hear EVERYTHING in the halls. But other than that, perfect for what I needed.

Location is the highlight. If you book early it's one of the best deals in the area for a location that is walkable for the entire historic district. Front desk staff was lovely, friendly, intelligent, gave great restaurant recommendations. Room was on the first level next to the door that accessed the dormitory room, so hallway noise was very high with the door opening and clicking shut all night. Also a fair degree of city noise. Bathroom was modern and clean, bed was not very comfortable. Have free coffee and a little seating area downstairs.

The hotel was at a convenient spot but if I had to pay double the price to get another place I would. The room's size was beyond small and the moment I got in a huge centipede was just crawling on the table. We wanted to switch rooms, but were told that none were available. In the night around 2am, I was woken up by conversations out in the hall. The room was not sound proof at all and conversations happened all night out in the lobby and I could hear every word. Not worth it, don't do it.

Good central walkable location for Boston downtown. Basic facilities but clean. However, can hear the lift from your room if it is close to lift shaft as lift is quite dated and noisy.

Awesome night girl

Regular cubicle bed with a light and privacy curtain in a room with 4 other ones. Big lockable locker. Front desk girl overnight is amazing. Loves Blueberry muffins and OJ. Worth a chat. Awesome for the money. Can’t beat it

The hotel is very well located and walking distance to everything. The staff is very courteous and professional. It was nice to have access to the cozy sitting/table area. It is an older hotel, but very clean and enjoyable.

Room 213 was in the Exit staircase away from the main corridor for a solo woman traveler. No one would have known if something happened (intruder) to this room. Very very unsafe. There are photos to support it. This kind of room should not be a guest room.

There is no help here. No people. Our tv didn't work so we got an email. Next day i demanded a person and still not fixed. So hot we had to open a window, in the rain, after turning off system. Fancy walk in shower, with an economy head so you are actuality.. cold! Got to hear the neighbors getting it on.. No maid service. No new towels, linens, or cleaning. They did take out the trash when we put the door thing out. Sheets didn't stay put. Stains. And great lighting if we were filming a movie. RUN! From this place!

It worked for us for a short trip but the noise was outrageous outside our room. We were on the ground floor and someone decided it was ok to park there and play their music REALLY loudly. We did find out the police had visited the hotel twice during our stay. But the room was clean and the hotel staff very nice.
