The 2 queen room was very clean, with a nice cubby built on the bed to store and charge electronics. Ice, 24hr coffee, plastic utensils and paper plates were avaliable. On the 4th floor, it was very quiet. This is a 2 block walk from Boston Commons and the pick up point for the trolley

This hotel was a great spot! It was perfect walking distance to Chinatown, about 10 min, and about 15 min to the Public library. The room was big enough for the two of us. Our room had a queen bed with a small desk beside it. The bathroom was very spacious.

Front desk staff the afternoon of check in- don’t recall his name- checked me in swiftly and was able to reset the locked safe and fix the TV that wasn’t turning on. Cozy room and a lovely view.

location, location, location. This hotel is in a great place if you are going to the theatre or want to visit Chinatown. The room was VERY small, BUT had everything you need and was comfortable. My only complaint is the lighting is AWFUL!!! A piercing spotlight over the bed and one surrounding the mirror. The bathroom was clean and had a nice walk in shower. The staff is very welcoming and gracious.

Room was clean, staff was helpful. Bathroom was a little tight. No place to land your toiletries. Room was similar. No level surface to set things. No room for CPAP machine. Limited accessible outlets.
