Check in was a little confusing. We arrived earlier than the regular check in time and received conflicting information from each staff member at the desk as to when we could check in so this was a little frustrating. The room was good except I saw and found a hair between the fitted sheet and the mattress cover. I called the front desk and they sent a staff member up immediately to change the sheets. Another issue was with the noise of the traffic outside. The first couple nights were fine but on our last night, the noise outside the window was so loud at 3 am which was strange considering it was a weeknight. Overall, our stay was fine. The hotel is centrally located. There are food choices in the hotel and nearby. We had a rental car and the $20 per day parking was reasonable.

This property has to be under new management. The hotel imhotel rooms are firty, showers dont work properly and need elrepairs. Heat didnt work in room ..room was extremely noisey from highway traffic and train htel is def not what it use to be. Will be looking for other places for pur stays anymore staff not as friendly either

The showers should have more handrails and the bathtub surfaces are slippery. There is no mat nor any traction and the showers and tubs are unsafe. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Very average and overpriced.
The average room price is $265 for3 nights, including weekend . Room is small, no stationary, no fan in the bathroom, no clock in the room. Ordered wake up calls twice, got a call only once. Coffeemaker is leaking water. Cleaning service is good, very good coffee is served all day in the reception area. Breakfast is overpriced, so I didn't use it. No information about the surrounding area available. I had to ask the front desk lady to print my boarding ticket: there were no paper in the printer, no chair available, light in the printer area was very poor. I'd give a score of 3 out of 5.

overpriced room
When the cleaning lady came to clean our room, she only changed the towels and made the bed. She didn't empty the garbage cans or vacuum the room, or at least it seemed that way. The room was too dark and lacked sufficient lighting. Having a full-length mirror in the room and more space in the bathroom would have been helpful. The bathroom felt cramped. Considering the price of the room, I expected a more spacious bathroom or at least some shelves to place my makeup and personal belongings. The most concerning thing was that the room didn't have a safe. Additionally, the coffee machine seemed quite outdated, possibly from the 80s. As frequent travelers, we may have had higher expectations given the price of the room..
