Location ideal. 2 queen bed room was bigger than I expected for the Boston area. Very clean and new. Front desk staff exceptionally friendly. Would stay at again when visiting at BU.

We had a great stay: convenient to BC, parking was easy, service was great, room was comfortable and quiet and bed was comfy too. Breakfast and fitness room were so-so. Walkable to dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is fine, but no hot water in our 10th floor room on 9/27-29. We were first given a 7th floor room, but the room directly across the hall from ours was being painted, and there was so much dust in the air it made our eyes red. A painter in all full body hazmat looking suit was walking down the hall, and left his respirator braathing mask hanging from the doorknob 6 feet from our door. We exchanged rooms quickly, and the front desk people were very nice. The parking itself is good, but if you do not know what to do circling the hotel, you get funneled in 2 left lanes back onto the highway and it’s a 20 minute mistake because you have to go 2 miles before you can turn around again. NEED BETTER SIGNAGE of how to get to the hotel parking from the other side of the highway!

There was no hot water for the shower. The shower had some sort of leak that caused the rug to be soaking wet by the wall in the bedroom. The traffic noise was way louder than I expected it would be. It was very hard to sleep. The staff was excellent and the bar/restaurant (Social) that is attached is a big asset. Great brunch!

Perfectly placed between the suburbs of Newton and not a far drive from downtown Boston and the many variety of coffee shops and restaurants. Property is older but kept clean, we only really returned there to sleep. Only complaint is the dysfunctional elevators as out of 4 only 1 was working and with rattling doors. Wait time was quite significant during check in and check out hours.
