The hotel was nice. Great location to everything happening in Salem but away enough to get quiet time. My only thing is food options are limited in town, so it would’ve been nice to have restaurant in the hotel.

Only issue was the gentleman checking me in. Very confusing..booked 3 rooms ..just had one under my name. Had to run my card 3 4 times for charges...confusing..key given had issues names swap on rooms. Waiting on manager who late to work to figure out whats going on

I am not one to write reviews but I need to say the location of this property is the best in Salem. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located with a Starbucks just across the street from the hotel. Essex’s street is just a 2 minute walk. I had a wonderful view of Old Town Hall. The room was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back!

The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and professional. For such an expensive hotel I would expect someone to ask me if I needed assistance with luggage but I was not even asked.

Great location
The hotel was nice but a little over priced for what you get. Our room smelled like wet dog. I told them first thing and they didn't offer to move us until the second day. Plus on the second day I had to request maid service.
