Nice hotel close to Logan Airport
Needed a quick place to stay after missing a connecting flight at Logan Airport. Fired up hotels.com, found a room at a nice rate so booked it. Price was right. Close to airport, and offered a free shuttle back next day. Free breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Would stay again if needed

Location. Good food. Only suggestion: I could NOT get the Wifi to work. I tried and tried and even called the front desk. Also, I couldn't get the coffee machine to work. But, you have fresh coffee in the lobby--so that worked out well. Thanks.

The staff were very friendly. The shuttle was prompt and easy to use. The room was really nice, modern, clean, everything we needed. The breakfast was good too. Huge Market Basket grocery store across the street and decent suburban walking. We'll be back!!

This Hampton Inn elevated my weekend trip to a whole other level! The suite was beautiful, and the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful! The shuttle driver was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the hotel did a fantastic job of communicating the pick up expectations. I was able to cross the street and go shopping. Lots of great places to shop and eat! The Hampton Inn Chelsea’s breakfast is second to none! I’ll definitely be back! Oh…and the drive is about 12 minutes from the airport! Huge score!

I was with my family when the hotel we booked was canceled for some ridiculous reason at the last moment. Thankfully, we found this hotel, and I was so glad to have done so. The rest of our holiday went well, and the staff were amazing and helpful. Next time, we will definitely go back again.

We were bummed that the little “store” Near front desk was out of water . Totally !! Had to use The water machine With tiny cups and bring them to our room on 2nd floor. We got in late one night and had forgotten our waters .
