I talked to the front desk the day before Olivias stay, I wanted to use my credit card as a payment as this was a christmas gift. I talked to Nader Kabbara and esigned the proper paperwork and was told that she would only need to show her ID and everything would be taken care of. When she got there, another hotel receptionist told her that there was nothing on file and she would not be able to check in without using her card, while they sent me another for to pay for the room via email. I then emailed Nader and told him and it was finally taken care of. Also the next day I got another email for payment which I was told was in error.

Hotel was clean- room and common areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included continental breakfast was good- something for everyone. Room size was really good and they provided a space for a suitcase plus a foldable rack for a second suitcase. Simple but convenient nightlight in bathroom. Hotel location is a bit far from Boston waterfront area, but silver line bus stops very close and we were able to walk with a nine year old to Children's Museum, Quincy Market and TD Garden. Pool had plenty of towels even during school vacation week.

I never stayed there cancelled the room was told it was OK after being on hole for some time was confirmed it was cancelled and I would not be charged and GUESS WHAT I WAS if I had known I would have stayed who has money to throw away very disappointed with this location and management
