Everything was great until it wasnt. Staff is rude, slow, unacomodating, did i say RUDE. Where do i start? Upon arrival there was a decrepit, durty, crusty GROSS facecloth left on the top of the towel rack. I asked for a dental kit because i hadnt found my tooth brush yet.

Very recommended this hotel, nice harbor view for cruise too. Had a v.yummy lobster dinner in Yankee lobster, 5 mins walking fr, htl. Famous htl full of guests. Good breakfast. Local buss close by in front of htl comfy go & come to South Train location. Love my htl room view. Good price. Staffs r friendly Htl sell hop & off trolley tour it stop close by.1st time come to Boston Solo I had great experienced. Walkable to the Seaport Village areas lotsa rests & shops too nearby. Will return again.

Great choice

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view on the harbor. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choices. We would definitely go back.

The stay was great and the staff was also. The only thing that was confusing was when I booked on the website it said we were only a 4 minute walk to the aquarium and it was an hour. So you need to clarify that on your site.

We stayed two nights pre-cruise. Nice hotel, clean, great staff, tasty breakfast, conviently located just a 5 minute way walk to the cruise ship terminal. Bus stop and hop on hop off stops nearby. Highly recommend.
