Two things: the person at the desk when we checked in was not even a little friendly and when we checked out the next day, the same person was on the desk that day as well but he nor anyone else was to be found for us to get a receipt before we left. We waited more than 10 minutes and finally gave up and left, hoping we were charged correctly. This will not, however, deter us from returning next year because the hotel was really nice.

The hotel staff were nice-had no problems. The hotel is clean, the queen size beds were nice and comfortable. It came with free breakfast, which is quite nice. The quality of the food could be better.

Had a great time. The hotel is really nice. It was a 2 night stay for our anniversary. The breakfast was really great had alot of options to choose from. Will definitely stay there again.

Our room was clean, and what we expected it to be. We would have given this a hotel a 5 but could only give it a 4 due to the breakfast station. Food was typical, which is fine however there weren't enough waffle, toaster and other food stations. There was a lot of congestion due to the amount of people waiting to have access to the food. The hot water container was empty 2 times so a worker took my cup and filled it with hot water from the kitchen. People were coughing or wiping their nose with their hands then using the juice jugs or other utilities there. Personally I wish there were more sanitizers for us to use during this breakfast experience. I did notice one when against the wall hidden on my way out.....

This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The entire facility was extremely clean. Breakfast had a ton of options every morning and Chick-fil-A was within walking distance.

The stay and amenities were great, staff not so much, even the manager was rude. They tried to tack on $36 dollars saying that we charged food from the store when that never happened. Watch your receipts. Had to call actual Hilton to get a refund.

This was the perfect location for all of our tourist needs while still being in a quiet suburb. Parking is easy and free which is hard to find for a hotel in this area. Going into the city only took about 20 minutes from this location. Only downside is that there is no EV parking in this area. We were highly satisfied and would recommend it to family and friends.
