Loud alley below. Noises began at 04:30. Staff put us right next to the elevator. Many guests on the floor noisily passed. The cost of the room was exorbitant for the size and location. Have stayed here previously, we will not return. The lobby was cluttered and lacking maintenance. Very disappointing.

Overall I’ve given this hotel 3 stars. This has nothing to do with the staff, the cleanliness, or the location. All three were excellent. Unfortunately, for the amount of money we spent, our room was a glorified walk in closet. Ironically there was barely any closet space and one drawer for clothing. The oddest thing, which I’ve never seen before, was that the shower was in our room. Not in a bathroom, but in our room. Also, it was slightly larger than a telephone booth. Hyatt really made a critical mistake when they designed their rooms. As a Hyatt member, I will really have to investigate what I’m getting for the substantial amount of money I spent. To add insult to injury they charged $70/night to park. Only your staff and cleanliness earned 3 stars, not the company.

Property was hidden but did locate. Limited space in lobby and dangerous step down as well as ramp right to elevators (fell upon arrival). Room was so small had to turn sideways to go around bed. Shower was 36x36 and right off entry door, tiny sink. Shower dripped for 2 nights. What happened to Hyatt standards $2K for 4 nights no complimentry coffee and room was always missing creamers or cups etc. only good things were bed and linens and proximity to metro etc which believe any other hotel would be downtown. Should use word—cozy as tiny for long size bed

Location was excellent, but not a 4-star property. Nothing warranted the $40 resort fee as there was a standard gym and nothing else. A fair amount of wear and tear in the bathroom and not that clean around the edges. Bed Linens were high quality and clean.

Room would have been cleaner had the housekeeper actually cleaned the room the second day. I had put up the do not disturb sign while we were having breakfast and saw the housekeeper as we left. I told her we would be back to clean up and then the room was hers. She evidently did not understand English as she did not return and I had to go to the desk to get towels for that night and next AM. The desk said the towels would be delivered in 10 minutes. An hour later I went to the desk to tell them that this did not happen and they were finally delivered in another 30 minutes. The desk told me the housekeeper did not understand English and I simply asked "why did you hire her then?"
