This was my first stay at this Hyatt and the staff went above and beyond. We were in Boston for my father's funeral and the Hyatt set my husband and I, and our son, up in the nicest room (corner room, lots of light which was much needed for this particular stay). The restaurant/bar service was excellent and the proximity to nearby restaurants, Boston Commons, etc. were perfect.

The hotel was easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived a bit earlier than check on and they let us in our room. ( Huge perk) To drop your bags and freshen up after traveling. The room was modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. There was a cool view from our room of Boston's architectural buildings. The restaurant in the hotel wasn't great, but the ambience was cool. The location of this hotel is perfect! Walking distance to all the cool spots of the City. I would definitely stay there again.
