Toilet was clogged when arrived. Toilet was bubbling. Sink wasn’t draining. Told desk when we left. Shower grout was dirty and the bathroom had an odor. Bed was made nice and morning staff was nice.

Great Convenient hotel for our trip to Salem
It was quiet and convenient for our trip to Salem and private. Everything is near by. If I was to critique anything about it was that I would’ve liked towels replaced daily without having to ask front desk to do it. It should be automatic.

This property was very mediocre. Bed was comfortable enough but room smelt unpleasant and the bathroom was not exactly clean. Coffee stains on walls and hair in shower. Provided a roof over our head for a nights sleep while visiting Salem.

We were on bottom floor and the people above us we could hear them walking back and forth. Room was clean and smelled good. The Continental breakfast could use some work. Didn’t like just sweets. Over all I would stay here again.

Needs to be updated. Carpets looked filthy. Kept shoes on. A/C does not cool. I would be very hesitant to stay in cold weather as baseboard heaters are rusted out. Staff was friendly.

This place is extremely hard to find! It is tucked behind another building, and Google maps takes you round and round a clover leaf. They did not answer the phone to get better directions when we called several times. Bed was comfortable. Room was adequate for the price.
