Overall hotel was run down, but seemed clean. There was an odor in our room that we could've done without, but we got in very late and left pretty early, so we didn't bother trying to have our room changed. There was construction just outside of the parking lot making it difficult to exit the lot. This was not the hotel's fault, but just another slight issue. Staff was helpful and pleasant. I would give this hotel another shot if needed.

Location was great. The hotel could definitely use a renovation. Room was nice but old carpet and wall colors. Definitely feels dated. But it was just outside downtown Boston, with free parking.

There were roaches in our room. They changed that room and the 2nd room was dirty. The free breakfast was not eatable.(I am not a picky eater). I think the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs and the sausage was rock hard burnt. Just don’t do it. Stay away.

Eddie’s guest service attitude is PHENOMENAL! He gave recommendations for restaurants and provided information for us to use the train to travel downtown. His helpful and friendly disposition should be commended. Eddie is a gem!

Lots of hair in the room, obviously not vacuumed well. Terrible breakfast, run out of eggs, fruit & toast by 8:30 staff just shrugged and provided no more. Not enough seating in the breakfast area for the number of guests
