The hotel workers went on strike the day of our reservation and were picketing loudly in front of the hotel for most of the day. We were placed in a street facing room on the lower levels and the basleine volume was over 50 decibels. The hotel really needs to figure out how to keep their staff happy or manage their rooms better. I wish I'd stayed somewhere else, but it was too late to change my reservation.

My stay was amazing, i enjoyed my two days there. My bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The property was very nice and the staff was excellent., very nice and accomodating. Everyone was friendly and i would most definitely come and stay at the Omni again.

All of the dining options were incredible! The hotel was so nice and clean and in walking distance of the seaport district and downtown Boston if you didn’t mind a 30ish minute walk. The area was very safe and the ideal location to see all of Boston!

The facility itself is lovely, as always. We’ve stayed multiple times, always have a great experience. The staff overall were excellent, very accommodating and understanding as we traveled with our dog. The only hiccups were the check-in staff and the protestors which ruined our experience a little.

The whole hotel is beautiful. The staff was awesome, most notable being Chloe that checked us in. Kestra dining had great food. Lifted bar was very cool with great staff. The rooms were clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. I'd stay here a million times over. Thanks for a great stay!

Well this is an impressive property, I am sad to say it did not live up to its brand. At check in I was rudely addressed, after I upgraded my room prior to check in I was put into a small room that I could barely move around. But ok, I could deal with it. What really made it worse was the service at the restaurant, they were not staffed well So the bartender reluctantly served me at a table. I felt like I was putting him out, ordered fast, ate fast and left. When I got home, I realized I had 6 bug bites on each leg. Went to dr to confirm they were bug bites ! and they prescribed me something to help. I called the hotel to let them know so no one else gets bug bites. They say they spray the rooms but haven’t in a while. Needless to say I’m not returning. I just started traveling for work. I did not stay anywhere else and never experienced a myriad of challenges culminating in a doctor visit. Be warned.
