Nice Room, Need More Staff
Very friendly and helpful desk staff; checkin was quick and easy. As we walked to our rooms, we saw bags of trash and dirty dishes waiting to be picked up in the hall. The breakfast room was unappetizing, with dirty tables and food spilled on the counters around the serving areas. Good that you used cardboard plates instead of styrofoam but there were NO receptacles for recylables. Room was terrific-- great attention to detail, nicely designed for convenience and comfort. Overall a nice hotel but I think they are understaffed.

The room had issues that should have been addressed the last time it was cleaned. The shower water pressure wss so weak it could not rinse the soap off. The shower gel container was broken and not Even replaced when the room was cleaned.I could not het anythi out of it. My dirty fishes Zi left in the sink were just left. The glasses in the cabinet had finger prints When I told the front desk they acted as if it were no big deal! A $4.00 candy bar? You have got to be kidding. Volume at market price will make you more money!

Staff was cheerful and friendly. Our room was ready upon arrival which was nice after a long flight. Breakfast wasn't the best, but very nice to have. Rooms are remodeled, so rooms were clean and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

4th of July weekend stay
Everything about the hotel from cleanliness, breakfast, check-in, location, modern were perfect, accept get our room clean. We stayed three nights and we new at check in they only cleaned every other day, which was OK. The third day we returned around 4:00 pm and ws going to take a nap before going out for the evening, and our room was not cleaned. We called down and they said they would be getting to it and after a while, when nobody came, we called and asked for towels, soap and toilet paper, which we were out of and we would clean our own room.
