An excellent hotel, facilities very good. Kitchen in suite is ideal. Parking on site which is also great. Location is ideal for travel into Boston and also then for travel to other locations in the New England area. Only downside for me was having to keep asking for clean towels, in this weather more than one shower a day was required. They Only change towels every second day and missed my room twice during my stay. But that said the front desk organised towels immediately. Will definitely visit again and will look for other Residence inns in other locations next time I visit USA.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The property was extremely clean and I loved the spacious, updated rooms. I especially likes having the full size refrigerator in the kitchenette. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and welcoming. Also, the breakfast area was always clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for our trips into both Boston and Salem. We enjoyed the full suite with full kitchen, the room was great, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Boston 😁

Despite making our reservation well in advance, we were told at the last minute and without an explanation that the hotel could not accommodate us and that we would have to stay at a different hotel, which was not comparable and did not include breakfast. Thus, the cost of our stay increased by about one third. When I contacted management to discuss the issue, I did not receive a response. We have stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Woburn numerous times and really like the hotel. Needless to say, it was disappointing to see the company treat a repeat customer in this manner.

Our stay here was good. We have no complaints. Liked the one bedroom suite. We are a family of four and it suited us well. The location was good. Close to a highway and Purple Line T train, which we took twice. Plenty of parking space.Reception staff was very courteous and friendly. We opted to have our room cleaned every 2 days. Breakfast area was very busy, and slow. Food was typical for a hotel like this. We had a good stay. Would definitely stay here again. Positive stay.
