Beautiful property that talks about their spectacular views. I booked a room with a harbor view, but was told that it wasn't available. We were " upgraded" to a "suite" which looks good on paper, but the room, though nice, had a view of the office building nextdoor (and them of us). It had 2 rooms, but the bedroom was so tiny that there was only a night stand on one side of the bed (we both use CPAP) and the otherwise of the bed was right up to the window. As an older female, I use the bathroom at night. My husband has a bladder issue, so he does too. There's no easy way to get out of a (supposedly) kind size bed against a wall other than crawling over the other person or trying to scooch off the edge

Very disappointed with such a high-priced hotel. The television and phone didn't work. When reported to the front desk, nothing was done to fix the problems. We called the desk to request extra pillows and had to re-call four times before they were delivered. The maid staff was efficient and excellent. Overall we were very dissatisfied and would not allow lan on visiting this facility ever again.

Super Great location and a very friendly & clean Hotel. Only drawbacks IMO, is the amount one still needs to pay for parking under the hotel, as well as the relatively thin walls and doors that slam and make a huge noise when you're trying to go to sleep.. We unfortunately had a crappy group that was next to our room, and we heard them until well after 2am, as well as heard the door slap constantly.. I'm positive it was unintentional but regardless, it made a huge noise and couldn't help but be heard big time..

It was in a good location, and you could walk to everything. I rented a room with two queen-size beds. Unfortunately, they were tiny, uncomfortable, and not very clean. The staff was amiable. Would I stay there again? Maybe.
